High Power Semiconductor Laser System

Advantages and specifications:

This high power semiconductor laser system, which is characteristic of high illumination, effective coupling, equivalent laser beam on fast axis and slow axis,stable operation and long lifetime, is developed by IOE with independent intelligence property right of micro-lens array laser beam collimation and shaping technologies. Output power of lasers used for the system and selected at home and abroadis from mW to hW, output wavelength 635nm~980nm, core diameter of optical fiber 10μm~800μm and numerical aperture 0.22~0.37. There are more than ten kinds of products in two series to be offered. Special systems and modules can be provided on request of customers

Applications:

  • Pump source for diode pump semiconductor solid laser(DPSSL) or optical fiber laser
  • Manufacturing: laser marking, laser carving, laser process steel ingot
  • Biology field: laser cultivating seeds
  • Medical treatment and cosmetology: laser therapy, laser blood vessel softening, laser depilation, etc.
