1. Editorial Office of Opto-Electronic Journals Group, IOE, CAS
The Institute of Optics and Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IOE) founded the Chinese scientific journal Optical Engineering in 1974, which was later renamed to Opto-Electronic Engineering (OEE) in 1990. An Editorial office was established to handle the reception, peer review, typesetting, and editing of the manuscripts, as well as the distribution of the journal. In 2018, IOE launched the English journal Opto-Electronic Advances (OEA) and reorganized the original OEE Editorial Office into the Editorial Office of Opto-Electronic Journals Group, to prepare for the launching and publication of more Opto-Electronic Journals. Subsequently, in 2022 and 2025, IOE founded the third and fourth journals in the Opto-Electronic Journals series: Opto-Electronic Science (OES) and Opto-Electronic Technology (OET), respectively.
The Editorial Office of Opto-Electronic Journals Group is the publisher for these four journals, responsible for the invitation and editing of the manuscripts, publication of the journals, construction and promotion of the platforms, as well as organizing academic events related to the journals.
