Leader from GIEC visit IOE
Leaders from Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion (GIEC) visited Institue of Optics and Electronics (IOE) on 13, May, 2010. Talent and innovation environment is the core topic.
Secretary CHEN Shengli of IOE gave a welcome speech and introduced IOE, emphasising on talent work. The two parties exchanged their option on talent, personnel, management and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
After meeting, participants visited the State Key Laboratory of Optical Technologies for Microfabrication, Institue of Optics and Electronics.
